Tapani has a degree in fire-fighting and prevention (CFPA) and ADR consultant certification (DGSA) and many diplomas from security and occupational safety courses. Tapani has also developed his skills in the practical tasks of TAPA; OHSAS and ISPS auditing.

In the past 16 years, he has worked with transportation security, for example in companies specializing in valuable transportations, and the past 9 years in an international logistics company in different operative and security roles. Tapani’s responsibilities have always included training and education for drivers both in Finland and abroad, guards and staff of logistics companies, including sub-contractors.

Tapani’s interests include swimming, golf and caravan travel as well as volunteer youth activities. He is also involved in organizations such as ASIS Finland, Finnsecurity and Lions Club.
